As a fast-paced and growing Fintech startup, Financial Advisor On Call™ (FAOC) originally housed both its marketing site and SaaS dashboard within a single Laravel application. This tightly coupled architecture made even simple content updates cumbersome—requiring code changes, development resources, and full deployment cycles just to update a typo, single line of text or add new landing pages.

We provided:

A decoupled frontend by developing a standalone WordPress marketing site, giving their marketing and content team full control over updates—without touching the core application.

In addition, we:

• Worked closely with content managers and designers to implement approved layouts and legally sensitive content with accuracy and consistency
• Designed and developed a custom services landing page featuring pricing, app features, animation, and clear calls to action driving users to sign up
• Developed a dynamic "Learning Center" resource hub that uses the WordPress backend to load and manage educational videos without full page reloads
• Integrated SEO optimizations and structured metadata to improve search visibility
• Implemented custom JavaScript analytics and tag tracking to support performance monitoring and paid Google Ads campaigns
• Worked closely with the backend team to enhance UI/UX across the client dashboard
