Challenge: Carolina Karma CBD needed to comply with North Carolina’s CBD regulations, which mandated age verification, clear product disclosures and policies, ongoing compliance checks, and finding a payment gateway that accepted CBD products.

Solution: We developed a custom WooCommerce storefront that:

• Integrated an age-gate and consent flow before users could browse or purchase
• Automated product labeling and disclosures to meet state CBD guidelines
• Implemented inventory controls to enforce THC-per-transaction limits
• Configured and tested a compliant payment gateway to process CBD sales
• Maintained a clean, on-brand design for a seamless user experience

As a result, Carolina Karma CBD operated a fully compliant, user-friendly e-commerce site throughout its time in business.
